We recommend giving your gold or silver Jewelry a quick clean at the end of the day, using a soft cleaning cloth to remove any fingerprints or oils that may have accumulated from normal wear.
Once a week, we recommend a deeper clean. All you need is water and liquid soap.
Mix 1/2 cup of warm water with a few squirts of mild liquid soap
Let your Jewelry soak for three minutes
Remove your items and rinse with clean water

Sterling silver Jewelry deserves extra special care, so for these precious items we recommend a silver polish. You can purchase a quality silver cream at most Jewelry stores, drug stores and even supermarkets.

Make up first, then accessories
Lotions, hairspray, and some cosmetics contain chemicals that can be harmful to your Jewelry. It is always best to apply your makeup first and then put on your Jewelry in order to minimize exposure that can be damaging.
Take it off before you sweat it off
Make sure to remove your Jewelry before all intense physical activity. This will protect it from reacting to the chemicals in your sweat or from any damage that may occur in contact sports.
Rub a dub dub, no Jewelry in the tub!
Harmful chemicals they contain could also do a number on your Jewelry. Too much sudsing in the shower while wearing your necklace, bracelet, or rings can cause a film to form over the precious metal, dulling the sheen and diminishing its gorgeous shine.
Jewelry and pools don't mix
Pools and jacuzzis are full of chlorine that, if exposed for too long, can cause your Jewelry to discolor . So play it safe: When you're stripping down into your bathing suit, take off your Jewelry too.
Don't clean with the gleam
Harmful chemicals and Jewelry don’t mix. The chemicals in cleaning products can be harmful to the quality and longevity of your precious Jewelry pieces.
Be smart about safekeeping
Properly storing your Jewelry will do wonders for keeping it looking new. Keep your customized Jewelry in a box where it won't get tangled up with other items or damaged from too much movement. A Jewelry box with a soft felt lining is perfect, but you can even line a simple shoe-box with fabric to keep your items nestled and safe. Anti-tarnish strips are also a great investment to keep out oxidants than can tarnish and dull your pieces.

All Silver, Gold Plated and Rose Gold Plated items include a 6 month warranty. Any damage that may occur during these respective periods will be covered. Please send a clear image of the damaged item to our Customer Service Team and we’ll gladly replace it. All items must be returned before new items can be sent.
Long story short: The chain you select will determine where on your body your name necklace sits, so think about the length that is right for you.
Our chains run from 14” to 20” long, which means your necklace can sit anywhere from high up on your collarbone to all the way on your lower chest.
Once you’ve decided where you would like the necklace to sit, take a long piece of string and loop it around your neck. Close the string at the point on your chest you would like your necklace to sit. Now open the string and measure it - how many inches long is it? That’s the length you should select for your new necklace.
Please keep in mind that the chain lengths mentioned on the website do not include the length of the pendant. Most of our pendants run between 0.75”-2” (2-5 cm), so the total length of your jewelry will be the length of your selected chain plus the length of pendant.
For example, if you order a necklace with a 16” chain, the total length of the necklace would be 16.75” – 18”, depending on the style.
There may have been a typo in the email address you entered. (typos- we all make them!!).

Some orders get stopped before being confirmed, this could happen because of special characters in inscription, special requests made by you, an error with the shipping address, or other such matters.

Late Package If your order delivery date has passed and you still haven't received your package, we recommend that you try the following (it’s proven helpful to other customers in the past):
Check your shipping details on the Order Confirmation and make sure they’re correct.
Ask other members of your household if they have accepted the package, as this is a common occurrence.
Check (if applicable) with your doorman, by your garage, or perhaps a side door. Orders are sometimes left there by the postal service.
Ask your local post office if they can provide any further information on the whereabouts of your package and be sure to have your tracking number with you on hand.

You may have been really excited to place your order and missed a slight detail. We can relate ;)
But don't worry, we can usually fix this for you.
If you forgot to include an apartment number, or if there is a slight typo in the address, the order will most likely return to us. Once it does we can easily update the shipping address for you and resend it. Please contact us with the following details:
Name (including street, number, apt number, or PO Box)
You can use your tracking number to see if the package has returned to us.
Unfortunately, sometimes the order gets lost in the mail and does not return to us. If this happens we can offer to reorder your item and send it to the correct address for a 30% restocking fee.
If you receive a wrong item in your order, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can sort it out straight away.
Start by checking your order details to ensure that the order was placed correctly with the personalization that you chose. Then contact our Customer Service Team with your order number and a photo of the incorrect item. We’ll send you a replacement as quickly as we can.
We ask that you please check your Order Confirmation to make sure that the details are correct and as you ordered.
We may have sent your items in separate parcels so please check your emails to see if any of your items will be arriving separately. If your order has been sent in different parcels, each delivery note will tell you the items you can expect to find inside. Please check the delivery notes from each part of your order to make sure you're not missing anything.
If an item is missing, please contact our Customer Service Team with your order number, the name of the missing item, and a link to the item webpage if you have it. We will resolve this issue for you as quickly as we can.
If you have trouble redeeming your coupon, you may have entered the wrong coupon code or your code may have expired. Please make sure you write the promotional code in the exact way it was provided, without any spaces.
If your promotional code still isn’t working please contact our Customer Service Team to resolve the issue.
If this occurs, please check your email account to see if you received two Order Confirmations with two Order ID Numbers. In our experience, customers sometimes place two orders by mistake. We’ll gladly issue a refund for one order if this is the case. Please send an email to our Customer Service Team with a screenshot of your bank statement so that we can sort this out for you.
If you see the words PENDING or PROCESSING on your bank statement, please allow up two business days for this charge to be cleared.
